Where in the world did all this extra stuff on my stomach come from..?

I'm still waiting for providence to send me that horrible 2-4 week affliction.. one in which (A), I can't eat because my throat is too sore (i.e., ghastly growth in back of throat, etc.) or (B), I throw up everything I try to eat.

Please, please, please.. I'd very much welcome both the break and the "diet"..

uhm. blah. I'm stupid. But, like.. yeah.
