This made me cry this morning when I heard it on the radio, and just had to check it out online.
Seriously.
I'm in heaven.
They even have a 0 carb brownie!!!
This diet works, people. It's that miracle diet where you can eat more and still lose more weight. The one everyone's been wanting. And all you really gotta do is find substitutes for those extra carbs.
It's a little extra work right now.. But with companies getting smart, catching on and banking on the rewards these days.. Carb conscious people will eat their stuff up like mad people. Soon enough there won't be any reason not to go low carb.
