If people only had a basic concept of RESPECT for other people..
We are rational beings. We can rise above such "conquer all" behavior.
Christ.. I believe that if people would only learn how to use their minds [and none of us really does, being that we use 20% of it?], our potential is absolutely limitless.. I believe the majority of the world's focus is all wrong. "Here, let me keep creating more technology to take your mind off things, to keep you occupied, to make it easier so you don't actually have to THINK or REMEMBER things anymore.."

Hunbun talks every so often about how before the Dark Ages, there were cultures so advanced for their time, even before us, even more than us, maybe. And then these bands of people went around killing and destroying everything. For what, I don't know. Maybe just senselessly. But there's that "conquer all" behavior.. Who knows how far we could have gotten..?
And I don't pretend to know much more than that, but it's something fascinating to look into..
