guilty pleasures
She is most absolutely right.
And, yet, I succumb to their lure and am still hopelessly addicted. She made me feel a bit guilty. I guess you would, after all, call it a "guilty pleasure," then.
Who is worse, my fears want to ask her. Me or them..?
Ah well. All in good fun, really.
Whatever reassurance I can get that I do in fact exist and just might have something worthwhile to say.
Silly insecurities, really.
